If you did not receive the expected SMS on your virtual number, you can request a refund for the unused balance. We process refund requests within 14 days. If the number received at least one successful SMS — no refund. In other cases we consider individually.

Refund rules

  • Refunds apply to the balance on your account, not exceeding the current balance.
  • Amounts for actually provided services are not subject to refund.
  • One-time services (e.g. number connection) are non-refundable once activated.
  • Funds on balance are not subject to refund after 180 days from last use.
